Run Update!

Hi sweet friends!

Alright, here is my first run update.

I started a few weeks ago just doing 30 minutes, power walking, 4 days per week.

Then I upped it to 35 minutes alternating walking and jogging in 3 and 5 minute intervals.

This week I am upping it yet again and trying to start running outside [now that it's cooler in the desert.]

I'm feeling decently positive about it all, however, I find it hard to believe that I am going to be able to run the whole 13 miles.... but I guess if I swallow my pride, it's not the worst thing in the world to have to power-walk a few. ; )

Are any of you distance runners?

I'd like any and all tips!
