Tis the Season, Right?

Tis the Season, Right?

For some, "the season" is a house full of family, food and love. For others it may be a reminder of how far removed we are from those we love by either a job we're at to make ends meet or maybe it's because we're across the world enlisted in the military or serving in a third world country. Yet, for others it may be a time of complete loneliness, no one to visit, no one to share time with, no one to warm us up. We all can relate in some way or another depending on where we come from and what our situation may be.

"We have all known the long loneliness and we have learned that the only solution is love and that love comes with community." - Dorothy Day

Let us not forget that we're all in this together, even if we're miles or rooms apart, we have an opportunity to make it right, to say those things that actually mean something, to do something for someone else, to love, to hope, to dream, to serve, to give thanks, to move on, to support the heart.

What are some things that you're thankful for this year? What do you aim to change in the New Year? Who do you need to forgive? Who do you need to help? What do you need to say? Why are you where you are? Where do you need to be? What is it that's holding you back? What is your dream?
