WTF is wrong with me?

As my age says im 13 (14 on the 19th of Feb) and ive been through ALOT of crap.

-i was sexually harassed by my step-father for 2 1/2 yrs
-i struggle with self-harm
-beliema/makes self throw up(dont noe how to spell it)
-family issues
-relationship probs/afraid of commitment
-drugs
-drinking
-i haf trust issues
-etc.

I just dont noe what to do anymore; i tried the Hope Hotline, but i dont noe if that helped or made it worse... please help i dont what else to do anymore...
