Help me

I need to admit this to somebody. I've had a porn addiction for about 2 years. I've tried to quit but I can't. I'm trying everything to quit. I wish i could stop, I just want to stop. I don't want to admit this to anyone because it's embarrassing. I wish it would just end. I'm so desperate . Please help.
