Depression

Depression is probably the most familiar of all matters. There is currently 18.8 million people in the United States alone suffering with depression. Many are suffering in silence, feeling alone and unsure of what to even make of their situation. Many others are living under the shame of their depression, considering it a personal weakness. It’s not. And you are not alone. Everyone will be affected by depression, whether it is their own or someone else’s, at some point throughout their lives. The tragedy behind depression is how lonely and isolated it makes one feel, when it’s the most common and relatable issue in the world. There is where we can discuss any and everything we want. It’s a place to have your voice heard, and to bond and grow together with others. We are all in this thing called “life” together.
