Written Story: How it works

1. Submit your written story using the form to the right. Make sure to fill in all the fields and choose the topic that best relates to your story. If you're unsure about what topic to pick, just choose "other" from the drop-down list.

2. Your story is submitted for approval. Once your story is approved, it will appear under the category that you specified it for. For example: A story categorized as "addiction" will apear on the Addiction page under the Stories tab.

Video Story: How it works

1. Subscribe to the heartsupport YouTube channel. » http://www.youtube.com/heartsupport

2. Upload your video story to your YouTube account. *Please tag your video as "heart support story".

3. Set your video to private, but share it with the "heartsupport" account. *For instructions, please go to the "Help" section of YouTube.

All accepted videos will appear here on the heartsupport site and on the heartsupport YouTube Channel.
