Mental Health Support for C3 Fans
We’re on a mission to connect every fan in our music scene with healing relationships. Here’s how HeartSupport helped C3 fans in 2025 + a proposal for 2026 fests to help Heal The Scene.

What it looks like:
Flexibility
Our highly-trained team is ready to adjust to on-site shifts in placement, engineering demands, and CAD restraints. We make it easy for your team to deploy our partnership.
Modular Placement
At WWWY, we were spec’d for a 10x20 spot but our Wall would have blocked the merch exit line.
We placed our Wall in front of our 10x10 and utilized a gap between our tent and our neighbors for our lyric tattoos.
Engineering Demands
At BWR, we had received permissions to activate our 10x10 Wall, but changes in engineering demands dictated we couldn’t activate this element.
We adjusted and brought our 7x7 Wall to activate within engineering requirements and still bring critical support to attendees.
CAD Restraints
With other festival partners, we’ve been able to activate in many non-conventional placements:
Empty spaces near entry/exit (photo below),
Near medical tents,
Along a stage’s fence line, etc.

Our Services
We are equipped to make a meaningful impact on your fans:
⭐ Highly experienced team: activated at 120+ festivals, assisting over 50,000 fans
📚 Programs, volunteers, and training are all evidence-based
👩⚕️ All program oversight by Dr. Michelle Saari, PhD, LPCC, NCC, a member of our Board of Directors
Support Wall
We encourage fans to open up about their struggles before the festival gates open. After receiving support, we invite them back to read the responses and connect them to ongoing support and free therapy.
Throughout the day, we engage other fans to write supportive replies. After the fest, we’ll train some of these fans to become evidence-based peer supporters. Then we connect them to other fans from your fest who asked for long term support.
This kind of support has brought people to tears and changed lives. Our Support Wall has helped thousands, some choosing life over suicide and stepping away from addictions.
Taylor opened up about struggles she hasn’t gotten help for at BWR. Watch her story by clicking the video.
Lyric Tattoos
We offer temporary tattoos of popular lyrics from your festival’s headliners. This connects fans to songs they love and creates engaging conversations about what music means to us.
We invite fans to engage with our Support Wall or join our yearlong Support Calls program. While applying tattoos, we get the opportunity to connect with fans and get them connected to the resources that matter most to them.
Support Calls
For your fans that need support after the fest, we connect them with trained peer supporters who call them every week for a year. That means we support fans from your fest year round, even after the fest is over.
In the program, we match fans based on their favorite artists. We wrap around them with a community of care, 3 free months of therapy, and deep relational support.
Preliminary data indicates promising gains in participants’ mental-health self-efficacy (+17 %), exceeding common benchmarks for clinically meaningful improvement. This means the program is successful at helping fans sustain positive mental health.
Why it matters:
Impact Stories
After the festival, we provide a custom impact report detailing all support delivered, including stories from fans who permitted us to share the impact our services had on them.
Barry (right) had come up to the Wall with his wife and stepson-all of them collectively opening up about Barry’s struggles with bipolar disorder and his breakdowns and hospitalizations associated with it.
When Barry and his wife returned, they were both welling up at the sight of the Wall and were extremely touched by the responses. As they were reading, a young man put a tile up that he wrote to support Barry and his family- filling their column.
Barry immediately approached and thanked Ethan (left) profusely and discovered that Ethan had the same name as Barry’s youngest son. They hugged, talked for a while, and took a picture together in front of the wall- both extremely grateful for each others’ honesty and transparency.
The HeartSupport Wall brought these two together to share a moment of support and encouragement that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.
It was Josiah’s first time opening up about mom affair on dad.
He said it’s been going on for 3-4 years, and he’s told no one. He’s felt it eating away at him and has become an alcoholic to numb the pain.
He was walking by and just randomly stopped near us. He said he just felt inspired to open up about this, and when he did, he put his red tile on the wall and just cried quietly by himself looking at it for a minute.
One of our team members was watching him and walked up and asked if he wrote on the wall. They read his tile and sat in his pain with him. He shared more, and they hugged for a long time as he cried in their arms. It was powerful to have someone tell him he’s not alone, that it’s not his fault, and that he’s allowed to talk about this. He ended up deciding to connect with our support calls program so he could continue getting support after the concert.
He came back maybe 20m later, and we already had 3 replies, and he started sobbing realizing that people had already written replies to him. One of the women that replied to him was actually right there and had just put her tile on, and she came over and held him while encouraging him.
