Mental Health Support for Fans at Lollapalooza

We’re on a mission to connect every fan in our music scene with healing relationships. Here’s how HeartSupport plans to reach fans at Lollapalooza 2025 to help heal the scene.

What it looks like:

Footprint

Our team provides comprehensive, on-site mental health support for your attendees, featuring up to three primary activation elements to be included in your CAD:​

Support Wall

  • (1) Dry Erase Inflatable @ 7’H x 7’W x 1’D

  • Occupies its own 10x10 space, requires electricity

  • Fans share their struggles and receive support from fellow attendees, moderated by our staff

Lyric Tattoos

  • Additional 10x10 space

  • While applying free temporary tattoos, attendees learn about our programs and can sign up to give or receive support after the festival​

Support Texts

  • Zero footprint, permission for roaming marketing

  • Fans sign up for 30 lyric-based text messages, crafted by a therapist, to maintain a positive mindset post-festival​

Support Wall

We encourage fans to open up about their struggles before the festival gates open. After receiving support, we invite them back to read the responses and connect them to ongoing support and free therapy.​

Throughout the day, we engage other fans to write supportive replies. Post-festival, we connect with these fans to train them in evidence-based peer support. Many commit to helping 100 more fans after connecting with us at your festival.

This kind of support has brought people to tears and changed lives. Our Support Wall has helped thousands, some choosing life over suicide and stepping away from addictions.​

Lyric Tattoos

We offer temporary tattoos of popular lyrics from your festival’s headliners. This connects fans to songs they love and creates engaging conversations about what music means to us.

We invite fans to volunteer for our yearlong Support Calls program, pairing them with someone who opened up on our Support Wall at Lollapalooza. Volunteers receive training to call their partner weekly for a year, providing year-round support to your fans.

Support Texts

Our on-staff therapist analyzes lyrics on our YouTube channel, boasting over 230,000 subscribers and 300+ songs analyses. We are experts at using music to initiate conversations about mental health.

We create a custom 30-day text program with daily messages that blend lyrics from your festival’s lineup with therapist-crafted encouragement. With an exceptional Net Promoter Score of 80, our program resonates with fans.

Before the gates open, we engage fans with this free support program. These texts provide daily, music-based support for a month after the festival, and we respond directly to every fan who texts us about their mental health. This initiative allows us to reach hundreds of fans at your event.​

After the festival, we provide a custom impact report detailing all support delivered, including a written or video story of a fan who permitted us to share the impact our services had on them.

Cost We get private donors to pay our hard costs. Free
On-Site Activation at your festival with either a 10x10 or 10x20 footprint. Permission to activate, inclusion in festival CAD.
Credentials Up to 10 team members (mix of staff and volunteers). Provide up to 10 vendor wristbands for HeartSupport staff and volunteers, and up to 4 VIP tickets for sponsoring donors of the activation.
Impact Perform all mental health support services and deliver an accurate impact report with fan testimonial. Share with relevant stakeholders.
